Grit Athletic ("we," "our," or "us") operates the GritFit mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our app.

• Workout Data: Exercise logs, personal records (PRs), strength sets, and conditioning scores that you enter into the app.

• Class Reservations: Records of class sign-ups, attendance, and scheduling preferences.
• Usage Data: Basic app usage information to improve performance and reliability.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and maintain the GritFit app and its features.
• Track your workouts, personal records, and fitness progress.
• Manage class reservations and gym scheduling.
• Allow coaches to view member progress and provide guidance.
• Improve the app experience and fix issues.

Data Storage and Security

We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in and Google Cloud Firestore to store your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Coaches: Designated gym coaches may view your workout data and attendance to provide training guidance.
• Service Providers: We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Their use of your data is governed by Google's privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your workout and nutrition data.
